How many guests can stay?
Up to 22 guests across 10 bedrooms. That is also the limit for events: gatherings larger than 22 people can’t be hosted.
Is the kitchen stocked for a big group?
Yes. Baking and grilling gear, place settings for 22, a full-size Sub-Zero, a second refrigerator and extra fridge and freezer drawers. Oil, salt, pepper and seasonings are provided.
Where does everyone park?
About 15 vehicles fit on site between the driveway and two street spots in front of the house.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, from 10 pm.
